After being a stay at home mom for many years, I am excited about continuing my real estate career at Kelly, Realtors®. I would be honored to help you with any of your real estate needs. If you happen to not need them at this time, referring me to your family and friends would be most appreciated.
I am a 1st time home buyer and Didn’t have a clue about buying a home. She quickly responded to all my questions and helped me stay in contact with all parties involved. She was available early mornings and late afternoons bending around my work schedule. we looked at many homes in between Robinson, Mcgregger, and Waco. I will definitely use Christina again if I need to relocate in this area. The level of dedication and status alerts day and night went beyond my expectation.
A few months ago, my family and I reached out to Christina Barker, as we were referred to her by another friend! My inlaws are in the process of retiring and part of their plan is to move within a 25 min radius of Waco. On a whims notice, Christina rearranged her entire weekend and escorted my inlaws to properties she had put together for them that was exactly to their specifications. There were even some properties that she suggested out of the scope of their requirements, but her knowledge of the local area and market trends positioned her suggestions higher my inlaws top 5 as they would ultimately solve longer retirement needs of their current plans ended up not working out.
This was huge on many levels! She is an expert and truly had their long range goals in mind when she made recommendations.
In a busy world, it’s enlightening knowing that there still are genuine people out there that are passionate about taking care of others!
Thank you Christina!
Christina had the list of houses I had selected to look at when I got to town. She ended up adding a house to my list, that I did not originally select. I guess she knew what I wanted better than I did, because that was the house that I ended up buying. She was awesome. Easy to talk to and very helpful throughout.
We recently purchased a home with Christina Barker.
Christina first showed us a house a couple of years prior and was conscientious in following up with me regarding our needs and wants as time progressed. She was professional and very easy and agreeable to work with. Since purchasing our home she has maintained contact with us and been helpful in continuing to answer questions that have popped up regarding our home. We recommend Christina to anyone that is looking fir a home. She is very receptive and works very hard to help you find your dream home! I believe anyone that works with Christina would find her knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to helping you in your home search.
